Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit equal to one hour will be required to hold a date. The remainder of your balance will be paid on a schedule to be determined based on the details and duration of your event. Payments may be made by credit card, check, or cash. 

Cancellations

 If you provide at least 14 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any event cancelled with less than 14 days will forfeit their deposit.

Setup & Tear Down

Your rental time needs to include your estimated time for setup and tearing down. If your event is from 6pm-9pm, for example, you may need to rent the space from 4pm-10pm to allow enough time for setup, decorating, and cleanup after the event.

Are there bathrooms?

Depending on the time of your event and number of attendees, you will have access to one to two bathrooms located within Paper Luxe and/or The Curious Bear.

Does the space have heating and air conditioning?

Yes. The space has its own thermostat with both heating and air conditioning that you can control.

Can I decorate?

Yes! Although we don’t allow glitter or confetti, we encourage fresh flowers, outside furniture rentals, & table decorations. There are limitations to what can be hung from the ceiling and/or stucco walls. We would love to help you come up with ideas for a creative event!
